Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with all production, quality, and sales departments
  • Acquire knowledge to provide roll form technical support in die and fixture designs
  • Ability to shift priorities based on internal and external customer needs
  • Regular independent use of 2D and 3D CAD systems (Solidworks, Catia, and AutoCAD) with a high skill level
  • Promote and practice workplace safety
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10+ years of relevant experience working in manufacturing
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Algebra, Trigonometry, Physics, and Statistical Analysis
  • Ability to interpret customer drawings, notes, tolerances, and specifications
  • Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
