Contract Manager – Contract Cleaning\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nAn opportunity to join one of the market leaders in professional support services in Europe has arisen due a result of new mobilisations and continued growth. We are looking for an experienced Contract Cleaning Manager who wants to manage their own business area including P&L and take direct control of their team, client relationships and results, as well as H&S including COSHH, BICS & IOSH. This is an opportunity to join an international brand that truly values their people and offers career and personal development to all their employees.\n\nThe Package\n\n * £28,000 - £30,000 basic\n\n * Uncapped commission\n\n * Car Allowance\n\n * 35 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)\n\n * Home based and Flexible hours\n\nThe Territory\n\nBirmingham, Redditch, Droitwich, Worcester, and surrounding areas.\n\nMain Responsibilities of a Contract Cleaning Manager\n\n * Contract/Site Management with 45 - 50 cleaning staff\n\n * The Contract Manager will ensure the cleaning service delivery specification is implemented and adhered to.\n\n * Regular client liaison: plan and implement a visitation programme to monitor cleaning standards and client satisfaction in all contracts, via the Quality Service Level Indicator/ECAT procedure.\n\n * Ensure all client queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.\n\n * Ensure the financial performance of each contract is being controlled to the budgeted requirements.\n\n * Contract Managers maximise the level of business done within each contract by identifying additional opportunities for extension to the contract and/or additional work as well as facility services sales.\n\n * Assist the sales team as and when required.\n\n * Ensure adequate supplies are onsite.\n\n * Recruit, induct and train new staff.\n\n * Resolve any disciplinary/ grievance matters in line with company policy and procedure.\n\n * Provide guidance, coaching and training to managers and supervisors.\n\nThe Person\n\n * Experience in managing multiple commercial cleaning accounts\n\n * Strong management style with experience in recruitment, on-boarding, training and development\n\n * Passionate about people\n\n * Health and Safety qualification or experience in this area\n\n * Client liaison and presentation experience\n\n * Full clean driving licence\n\nWhy Work for Us\n\n * Ethical Business, always looking to reduce our environmental impact and our use of the planet’s resources.\n\n * Equal Opportunities Employer who promotes .\n\n * Innovative Approach to the Employee Journey\n\n * A defined purpose-driven set of values helps our employees understand what we stand for and fosters the shared sense of responsibility and family-feel to our business
