We are seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Designer to join our utilities sector team, focusing on the design of steel structures and concrete foundations for electrical substations. Duties will include coordinating with client and Mesa engineers, various engineering disciplines, local county and state regulatory bodies, and any other parties involved to produce the necessary drawing packages. The candidate must be self-motivated and have a strong desire to produce error free quality work. Minimal travel and site walk downs. Must have a willingness to work overtime when required. Demonstrated leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, detail oriented and works well with others. Possess good interpersonal skills to build client relations and work effectively in a team environment.

$65,000 - $95,000

The expected compensation is a range determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, and qualifications of the candidate, internal equity, work location, and hiring department’s fiscal resources.
