Civil/Site Work Superintendent - $200M+ GC

The Civil/Site work Superintendent - $200M+ GC will be responsible for:

Oversee daily on-site operations for civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews to meet project milestones and maintain quality standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client expectations.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to plan and execute work effectively.

Resolve on-site challenges swiftly, including issues related to logistics, resources, and unforeseen obstacles.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and site logs.

Lead site meetings and provide clear communication to teams regarding project updates and priorities.

The Civil/Sitework Superintendent - $200M+ GC should have:

6+ years in underground or utility construction

Ability to successfully supervise projects greater than $10M

Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps

Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing

Knowledge and understanding of the general and subcontract documents, drawings and specifications, construction means, methods and materials, understanding of line and grade and survey methods.

Knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting procedures.

The Civil/Site work Superintendent - $200M+ GC may receive:

Competitive base salary up to $155k (depending on previous experience)
