Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an experienced

Project Engineer/Manager

to join our

Site/Civil Engineering team

. This is a dynamic position offering opportunities for professional growth, leadership, and diverse project experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor junior and mid-level engineers and designers

Design site layouts, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, landscaping, and erosion control plans

Manage projects from concept through permitting and construction

Prepare zoning, land development, and environmental documentation

Conduct field inspections and prepare technical reports

Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (required)

Licensed

Professional Engineer (PE)

Minimum

4 years of experience

in site/civil design and permitting

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(Civil 3D )

Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Experience with

HydroCAD

and technical writing is a plus

Compensation:

Salary range:

$90,000 – $180,000

, based on experience
