About the Role
The firm is looking to hire a Civil Site Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support their growing project pipeline. This position is ideal for a candidate with at least some commercial site design experience who thrives in a team-oriented, design-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare construction documents and site development plans

Design utilities, conduct hydrology studies, and perform engineering calculations

Coordinate civil design with internal architecture and MEP teams

Support permitting efforts and ensure regulatory compliance

Collaborate directly with clients, project managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

3–5 years of experience in civil/site design (commercial experience )

Proficient in AutoCAD; Civil 3D strongly

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

EIT or PE license is a plus but not required

Authorized to work in the US without work visa sponsorship
