About the Role

The firm is looking to hire a Civil Site Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support their growing project pipeline. This position is ideal for a candidate with at least some commercial site design experience who thrives in a team-oriented, design-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare construction documents and site development plans

• Design utilities, conduct hydrology studies, and perform engineering calculations

• Coordinate civil design with internal architecture and MEP teams

• Support permitting efforts and ensure regulatory compliance

• Collaborate directly with clients, project managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• 3–5 years of experience in civil/site design (commercial experience )

• Proficient in AutoCAD; Civil 3D strongly

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

• EIT or PE license is a plus but not required

• Authorized to work in the US without work visa sponsorship
