Location: Medina, OH

Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000 base + full benefits

• Portfolio spans commercial sites (convenience stores, truck stops) plus municipal and residential infrastructure.

Your Impact

• Own civil site design deliverables: site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater management that comply with local, state, and federal standards.
• Translate field data into high-quality plans by coordinating with survey crews; review boundary and topographic surveys to guide engineering decisions.
• Build precise drawing sets in AutoCAD; Civil 3D proficiency strongly .
• Lead permitting tasks—prepare submittals, address agency review comments, and iterate designs to approval.
• Represent projects at planning and zoning meetings (about once per month).
• Partner with architects, contractors, and owners; conduct site visits and help resolve design and construction challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant site development experience.
• Strong command of stormwater, erosion control, and civil site design principles.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; Civil 3D strongly .
• Track record of juggling multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
• Clean driving record; available on-site five days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $110,000 – $150,000, based on experience.
