Job Details

Our client is currently seeking a Civil Rights attorney to lead the practice group at their firm. Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of civil rights experience and should be admitted to practice law in the state of New York.

Beneficial Experience:

Experience handling Section1983 cases in EDNY and SDNY for claims against The City of New York (NYPD and DOC)

Intaking clients

Handling depositions and trial

Finalizing and negotiating settlements
