CIVIL QAQC ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil works onsite.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure all civil work complies with approved drawings specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Maintain records of inspection reports test results nonconformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions.
• Review method statements ITPs material submittals and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure that construction activities meet project specifications codes and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers construction teams and subcontractors for the resolution of quality issues.

• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure closure of audit findings.

• Monitor and track the status of snag lists conduct site walkthroughs and verify the rectification of deficiencies.

• Ensure proper document control and QA/QC documentation for project handover.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil QA/QC experience in the UAE.
• Must have relevant experience in civil construction projects with strong knowledge of QAQC procedures and documetation.
• Must have worked with wellknown or reputable construction companies in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards authority regulations and QA/QC protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office AutoCAD and relevant QA/QC reporting tools.
• Excellent communication reporting and documentation skills.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and able to join immediately.
