Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Position Summary

This well-established and growing organization is seeking a

Civil Project Engineer

with a focus on

land development

to join their dynamic team as they expand their services and open an office in the Greenville market!

In this role, you'll be responsible for the design and coordination of site development projects from concept through construction. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of high-profile projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Design site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management systems, utility infrastructure, and erosion control plans.

Prepare construction documents and assist with permitting.

Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations for stormwater design.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and public agencies.

Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to meet project deadlines and budgets.

Conduct site visits and support construction administration as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

5+ years of relevant land development design experience.

EIT certification required; PE license or on PE track .

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.

Knowledge of local, state, and federal land development regulations in South Carolina is a plus.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

Residential and/or commercial development throughout South Carolina

Familiarity with permitting agencies in South Carolina

Experience with HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, or similar stormwater modeling software.
