Job Summary

A dynamic civil engineering firm in the Phoenix/Mesa, Arizona area is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to oversee land development projects. This is a full-time, mid-senior level position. The firm is known for its strong workplace culture and professional development opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Active Arizona Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
• At least 6 years of design experience in land development or related infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor junior staff and manage project deliverables.
• Excellent communication and a focus on maintaining client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $130,000 to $140,000 USD
• Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer match; generous PTO with flexible scheduling, including half-day Fridays; and life/ insurance.
• Relocation: Negotiable for an ideal candidate.

This role is for a licensed P.E. who can take on the technical and leadership aspects of civil engineering projects. A candidate who will acquire their P.E. license in the near future will not be considered, as an active license is a mandatory requirement.
