We have an opportunity for a civil engineer to join our land development team. Our civil engineers work on various project types, including commercial & industrial land developments; institutional land developments (i.e., schools); residential subdivisions.

Because our employees are usually involved in several projects at one time, involving numerous team members (such as project manager, engineer, and CADD technician/designer), exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with others are essential.

This is a wonderful opportunity for mid-level engineers to continue growing with us!

Working with project managers, engineers, and technicians to complete the following tasks for specific projects:
• Storm water management design;
• Site design;
• Site utility design;
• Land development plan preparation;
• PennDOT/DEP permitting;
• Erosion and sediment control plan;
• Site grading;
• Preparing project proposals, contracts, and reports;
• Attend municipal and client meetings;
• Client and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field
• Fundamentals of Engineering/E.I.T. certification required; PE Preferred
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Ability to travel to other offices for training.
