Farnsworth Group is seeking a Civil or Mechanical Engineering Co-Op (Jan-Aug 2026), in the below posting location. In this role, you will gain engineering experience by work closely with experienced engineers on oil and gas pipeline, pumping / compressor stations, storage facility, and renewable energy projects.

Posting Location for this role: St. Louis, MO

Job Activities:

Concept through final design of pipelines and related facilities

Mechanical integrity: in–line inspection, rehabilitation, and hydro-static pressure testing

Construction documents and administration

Cost estimating

Material specifications

General project and office support

Specific Requirements include:

Pursuing a BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited program

Willing to work full-time during the Spring and Summer semesters from January - August 2026

Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project

Excellent Communication skills

Must be willing to travel and have a valid driver’s license
