Our team-oriented culture emphasizes client service, professional growth, and practical solutions.Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated attorney with 2–5 years of experience in civil litigation and/or real estate law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and advocacy skills, comfort with court appearances, and experience handling litigation, real estate transactions, or both. • Manage and assist with civil litigation cases from pleadings through trial
• Handle real estate matters, including transactions, title disputes, assessment appeals, and zoning issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and oral arguments in court
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop case strategies
• Participate in business development and community engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Pennsylvania
• 2–5 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation and/or real estate law
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently or collaboratively
• Prior courtroom experience
• A commitment to client service and professional excellence
