Our client, an established civil litigation firm with offices in San Francisco, Walnut Creek, and Nevada, is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Associates to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed California attorney with 1 to 8 years of experience, eager to develop litigation experience in a dynamic, team-oriented, and supportive environment.

In this role, you will work closely with a partner and, depending on your experience, may manage your own caseload. Responsibilities include handling all aspects of litigation, court appearances, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, client communications, and trial preparation. Trial experience or a strong interest in trial work is highly valued.
