Position Overview

The firm is seeking an experienced attorney, licensed to practice in Missouri, with 3–5 years of litigation experience handling first-party property insurance claims. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage cases from inception through trial or settlement, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims.
• Manage all stages of litigation, from initial consultation to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Provide strategic counsel and develop effective case strategies.

Qualifications

• Active member of the Missouri Bar, based in or near Missouri.
• 3–5 years of experience in first-party insurance law, with required property damage claims experience.
• Plaintiff-side experience .
• Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide three professional references.
