Litigation Associate – Your Role:

• Hands-on involvement in civil litigation and white collar/regulatory work

• Opportunities from Day 1: motions, depositions, and real courtroom exposure

• Work closely with seasoned litigators in a flat, learning-focused structure

Comp & Perks

• Base salary: Starting at $165,000—top end $220,000 for standout talent

Your Background

• 1–3 years litigation experience (civil or white collar a big plus)

• Excellent academic background

• Judicial clerkship experience = bonus points

• LA-based or willing to relocate (we’ll help make it seamless)

Work Setup & Expectations

• Hybrid model: 3 in-office days weekly

• 1,800 billable hour target
