We specialize in concrete paving, underground utilities, and mass excavation. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Civil Estimator to join our team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Estimator with a strong background in bidding public and private sector work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in concrete paving, underground utility installation, and large-scale earthwork projects. Proficiency with Bid2Win or similar estimating software is highly .

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine scope and pricing
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers during the bid process
• Prepare bid proposals for public agencies and private clients
• Conduct risk assessments and value engineering during preconstruction
• Stay current on market trends, material pricing, and labor costs

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in civil estimating with a focus on public and private projects
• Proven track record with concrete paving, underground utilities, and mass excavation
• Proficiency in Bid2Win () or similar estimating software
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans, specs, and geotechnical reports
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal bid procedures and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience working with DOT or municipal agencies
