JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Civil Engineering Program is seeking positive, dynamic, student-centered individuals to teach a diverse community of learners the desired skills for today's workplace. Preference will be given to candidates who are committed to student success, equity, , and the use of the classroom experiences to enhance workplace understanding and performance.
The Civil Engineering area is seeking positive, dynamic, student-centered individuals to teach coursework in the Civil Engineering Program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
8 years full-time related occupational experience or approved Journey-worker status. OR 4 years full-time related occupational experience and an Associate's degree in career field. OR 2 years full-time related occupational experience and a Bachelor's degree in the discipline or in a related discipline.
Compensation: $580 per Equivalent Credit Hours (ECH)
May include day, evening and/or weekend classes and will involve travel to other campuses. A teaching demonstration is required as part of the interview process. Hiring process includes passing a background check.
