Oxford Solutions is seeking a

Civil Engineering Project Manager

for a direct hire opportunity. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and the chance to manage a variety of site civil and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Professional Engineer (PE) license, at least 10 years of experience, and a strong background in project management, design, and permitting.

Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee site layout, grading, stormwater management, and erosion/sediment control plans

Prepare permit applications including earth disturbance, land development, building, and NPDES permits

Create hydrologic, hydraulic, drainage, and utility design plans

Develop and review construction drawings, cost estimates, and quality control plans

Provide engineering support during construction and perform field investigations

Lead project teams, ensuring delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals

Coordinate geotechnical investigations, environmental studies, and resource consultations

Serve as the technical lead on engineering tasks and mentor junior engineers and technicians

Manage projects with a focus on profitability, risk management, and client satisfaction

Travel to project sites as needed, primarily within the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Professional Engineer (PE) license, with the ability to obtain reciprocity in multiple states

10+ years of civil engineering experience with progressive project leadership responsibilities

Strong understanding of hydrology, grading, permitting, and construction processes

Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams

Excellent communication and client-facing skills
