Civil Engineering Project Manager

Transportation systems are the backbone of cities. Join our team as a Civil Engineering Project Manager and lead projects that make everyday travel safer, faster, and smarter. From concept through construction, your work will influence how people drive across communities.
This role offers the chance to design meaningful roadway improvements to large-scale highway designs, while mentoring others and working with talented professionals who share your passion for transportation and infrastructure projects.
Your Role in Action:
- Manage the planning and design of roadway and transportation infrastructure projects for public-sector clients (D.
- Lead project teams through all stages: scheduling, budgeting, technical design, and quality review.
- Serve as a trusted client liaison, maintaining strong relationships with DOTs, municipalities, and partnering consultants.
- Provide technical direction and ensure deliverables meet or exceed industry and client standards.
- Collaborate across engineering disciplines to produce integrated, coordinated designs.
- Review plans, specifications, and technical reports, ensuring compliant, constructible, and innovative designs.
Who You Are:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- 8+ years of related civil engineering experience, must include roadway or transportation project design.
- Proficient in MicroStation, Geopak, or OpenRoads Designer.
- Knowledge of DOT standards, permitting processes, and public agency procedures (Minnesota DOT experience ideal).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to keep teams focused and coordinated.
- Committed to mentoring junior engineers and cultivating technical growth within the team.
