Civil Engineering Project Manager – Land Development
Locations: Indianapolis, IN • Mishawaka, IN • Cincinnati, OH
Salary Range: $111,000 – $125,000 annually
Opportunity Overview
A growing civil engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead its Land Development efforts across Indiana and Cincinnati. This role offers the chance to manage diverse projects—from residential and commercial developments to parks, energy, and streetscape work—while mentoring teams and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead civil site design projects from concept to completion
• Guide and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality work
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality reviews
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Support business development and client engagement
• Collaborate across disciplines on multi-faceted projects
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• PE license required
• 10+ years of experience in civil site design and project management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in civil engineering standards and practices
