Role: Civil Engineer

Overview:

Seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and a Professional Engineering (P.E.) License. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in civil engineering design and a strong proficiency in Civil 3D, along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform civil engineering design calculations, including hand calculations and computer-aided calculations using spreadsheets and Mathcad
Utilize 3D modeling techniques to support design efforts
Assist in the creation of contract drawings by providing input to civil designers
Maintain effective communication with department members, higher management, and clients
Demonstrate advanced working proficiency in Civil 3D
Apply knowledge of Hydraflow, PondPack, WaterCAD, StormCAD, or similar software as needed
Navigate permitting processes and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Professional Engineering (P.E.) License required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil engineering design
Advanced working proficiency in Civil 3D
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Hydraflow, PondPack, WaterCAD, StormCAD, or similar software
Exposure to permitting and permit processes
