Position Overview
The Civil Engineering Manager will lead and oversee civil engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing project timelines, and leading a team of engineers and technicians. This role is pivotal in driving design innovation and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet specifications and deadlines.
• Supervise and mentor a team of civil engineers and technicians, fostering professional development.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Utilize Civil 3D software for design and drafting of land development projects.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and compliance with standards.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license .
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering with management experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong understanding of land development principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
