We’re Hiring: Engineering Director – Civil Land Development

We are growing, and we’re looking for an Engineering Director to lead our team in Fort Worth, TX. As part of our leadership team, you’ll guide projects in land development, residential subdivisions, commercial sites, industrial warehouses, and more.

What we’re looking for:
10+ years of civil engineering & land development experience
Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas (PE)
Proven leadership in managing teams and client relationships
Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for growth and innovation
Expertise in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and full plan set preparation

Location: Fort Worth, TX (fully in-office)
Employment: Full-time
