Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflows and tasks for the development of construction drawings, specifications, calculations, and construction services.
  • Ensure projects adhere to technical specifications, budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and provide timely resolutions for technical conflicts during engineering and construction phases.
  • Coordinate and support the design process, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.
  • Maintain and develop strong written and verbal communication to foster client, owner, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.
  • Proficiently import survey field data and generate surface/topography using Autodesk Civil 3D software.
  • Prepare pipe networks, road alignments, grading, and cut/fill calculations for civil engineering projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Proven ability to manage clients, projects, and staff, and thrive in a team environment.
