Parkhill is seeking to hire an Civil EI with a specialization in Water Resources to join our growing team. This is a full-time, exempt position paid on a salary basis.

Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with15offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to develop proposals, scopes, and fees.

Manage the demands of planning and modeling, regulatory compliance, and permitting.
Review project details to proactively manage risk.
Evaluate observations and design systems that will withstand the elements on the installation site.
Develop relationships with clients, staff, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractors.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
0+ years of experience in water resources.
Experience with software including AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS is .
Knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety regulations.
Must be able to work in a collaborative environment with non-Engineer decision makers and be able to communicate plans.
