We are a dynamic and growing civil engineering firm specializing in commercial and residential land development projects across the United States. Our collaborative team works on exciting, high-impact developments that shape our communities. We’re looking to add a motivated Mid-Level Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with hands-on experience in land development to join our team.

Position Overview:
As a Mid-Level Civil Engineer (EIT), you will work closely with project managers and senior engineers on a variety of site development projects. You will assist in the design and coordination of grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout plans. Your experience with land development is essential, and proficiency in Civil 3D will give you a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design of commercial and/or residential land development projects

• Prepare and review site plans, grading, drainage, and utility layouts

• Assist in permitting and coordination with municipalities and regulatory agencies

• Perform technical calculations and prepare reports

• Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders

• Attend project meetings and support construction administration as needed

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in land development (commercial or residential)

• EIT certification (but not required)

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Familiarity with local design standards, codes, and permitting processes

• Strong communication and organizational skills
