Korda/Nemeth Engineering, Inc. is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer for an immediate opening in our Site Development group. Founded in 1964, Korda/Nemeth Engineering, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary, nationally recognized consulting engineering firm providing civil, surveying, transportation, electrical, mechanical, structural, and technology engineering services. Our Site Development group provides design services to municipalities, institutions, college campuses, retail, commercial, and private developers. Projects include utilities (waterlines, storm sewers, sanitary sewers), stormwater management, grading and earthwork, green infrastructure, streetscapes, roads, parks, master planning, trails/shared use paths. This position involves design, calculation, and plan preparation from concept design through bid drawings with opportunities for construction administration.

To be successful in this position, it is necessary to possess:

Excellent time management and communication skills

Ability to work on multiple projects in a collaborative environment

Good social skills, as you represent our company at client meetings

Willingness to learn new skills and to work towards continuous improvement

Willingness to work additional time as required to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience level: 0-2 years

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States and authorized to work on a full-time basis. No visa sponsorship available at this time.
