We seek a Senior Engineer with 8+ years of Land Development experience to collaborate closely with the Office Lead, providing quality client services. This role is remote from Columbus, reporting to our Canton office. Key responsibilities include overseeing design production for site plans, grading, erosion controls, utility and storm drainage plans, and bid documents.

Responsibilities Include:

Site Layout

Grading and Earthwork calculations

Storm Water Management Design and Permitting

Erosion and Sedimentation Control Design and Permitting

Preparation/Submission of Local Land Development Permits

Quality Assurance

Mentoring and Developing Junior Staff

Required Experience:

8 years of civil or utility-related engineering experience

PE License,

Expertise in site layout, grading, stormwater, and erosion control design

Civil-related utility design expertise

Trenchless technology design expertise

Construction/constructability knowledge related to design drawings and field issues

Foundation and geotechnical experience

Ability to write specifications

Mentoring skills for junior engineers are a plus

Excellent communication skills
