Our goal is to be the experts of the ever-changing regulatory world while using the latest technology and education to provide an excellent service resulting in a profitable business.

In 2001 we started out with two Landscape Architects. Today we have grown to twenty full time professionals and two offices!

The road has been bumpy as our industry is directly tied to the growth (or recession) of our economy, but we have been fastidious about long term growth planning. We take the task of hiring new employees very seriously. We still focus on loyalty and are proud of the fact that a third of our staff has been with us for more than 10 years.

We are a tight-knit group who go above-and-beyond to support one another at work and in our personal lives. A number of us have been struck devastating blows with cancer diagnoses and the unexpected loss of a loved one. Not to mention the sleep deprivation that comes with all newborns! We believe in family and treat one another with the utmost respect and compassion. Our commitment to one another has created a strong foundation and a very low turnover rate.

We are currently searching for another great Team Member in our Roanoke Engineering Department with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (or a related field). We prefer candidates with 2-5 years of experience in Civil3D software and the ability to prepare Site Civil Plans for land development projects. These plans include but are not limited to Utility, Grading, Erosion Control, and Stormwater Management plans. Candidates must have an understanding of current regulations pertaining to Stormwater Management and have the ability to perform calculations pertaining to these regulations.

Great written and oral communication skills are vital. A willingness to be coachable and the attitude to do whatever it takes for us to meet (and exceed) our clients' needs is an important characteristic. Our Engineering Staff of 4 works closely with our Surveying Staff and being able to articulate your knowledge and ideas effectively is vital to our success. We prefer candidates with an EIT/PE license.
