What Youll Do
Project Leadership
- Manage the full lifecycle of land development projects from feasibility to final inspection.
- Drive technical design efforts, ensuring compliance, innovation, and constructability.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, regulatory agencies, and municipalities.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships that foster repeat business and referrals.
- Navigate regulatory processes and permitting with confidence and professionalism.
Team Development & Mentorship
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, guiding professional growth.
- Promote a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and open communication.

What You Bring
- Licensure: PE in North Carolina
- Education: Bachelors in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- Experience: 5+ years in land development engineering, with 2+ years leading projects and teams
- Technical Skills: AutoCAD Civil3D, Microsoft Office Suite; Ajera experience is a plus
- Other: Valid NC Drivers License, strong verbal/written communication, and a client-first mindset

Work Environment & Schedule
- Location: High Point, NC (on-site)
- Schedule:
- MonThu: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM
- Fri: 7:30 AM 11:30 AM
- Office-based, with occasional site or client visits.
