What Youll Do

Project Leadership

• Manage the full lifecycle of land development projects from feasibility to final inspection.
• Drive technical design efforts, ensuring compliance, innovation, and constructability.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, regulatory agencies, and municipalities.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships that foster repeat business and referrals.
• Navigate regulatory processes and permitting with confidence and professionalism.

Team Development & Mentorship

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, guiding professional growth.
• Promote a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and open communication.

What You Bring

• Licensure: PE in North Carolina
• Education: Bachelors in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• Experience: 5+ years in land development engineering, with 2+ years leading projects and teams
• Technical Skills: AutoCAD Civil3D, Microsoft Office Suite; Ajera experience is a plus
• Other: Valid NC Drivers License, strong verbal/written communication, and a client-first mindset

Work Environment & Schedule

• Location: High Point, NC (on-site)
• Schedule:
  • MonThu: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM
  • Fri: 7:30 AM 11:30 AM
• Office-based, with occasional site or client visits.
