In this role, you'll drive technical solutions for maritime projects, oversee them end-to-end, manage clients and mentor junior team members. You'll also use software like LUSAS, Robot, and AutoCAD to design and analyse ports, marinas, and ship berths.

The Role:

- Oversee projects from concept through to completion, including design, budgeting, and site delivery.
- Deliver innovative technical solutions for marine and civil infrastructure projects such as marinas, ship berths, flood defences, and renewable energy schemes.
- Manage client relationships and communications, ensuring project requirements are understood and met.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members while collaborating closely with directors and peers.
- Utilize engineering software and tools for design, analysis, and reporting (e.g., AutoCAD, LUSAS, Robot) to support accurate and practical marine structure solutions.
