Job Summary/Role Description
We are seeking both entry level (0-3 Years) and experienced (4+ years) Civil Engineers to join our multi-disciplined firm. Based on our expanding workload, we have opportunities in our Land Development, Transportation, and Water Resources Divisions. This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer located in Lawrenceville, GA. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a team setting on multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering plans for residential or commercial site development, roadway and intersection improvements, and water and sewer system infrastructure projects.
- Complete grading, drainage, stormwater, utility and erosion control designs
- Prepare calculations, technical reports, and permit applications
- Coordinate and effectively communicate with clients, staff and local regulatory agencies
- Manage project tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Related Field (Required)
- EIT or PE
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation Open Roads
- Strong work ethic, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong desire and commitment to obtain professional engineering licensure
