About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of civil site design projects across multiple market sectors. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and/or oversee engineering work for civil site design projects in various market sectors.

• Prepare construction documents, including plans, specifications, reports, and supporting calculations.

• Conduct engineering analyses, design evaluations, and develop opinions of probable cost.

• Independently select, recommend, and implement design solutions, procedures, and criteria.

• Communicate with clients to understand project needs, present solutions, and ensure satisfaction.

• Oversee and perform QA/QC activities to ensure accuracy and quality of design deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).

• EIT or PE licensure (or actively working toward licensure).

• Proficiency with Civil 3D and related civil engineering software.

• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying scopes and timelines.

• Experience in site layout, grading, drainage, utility design, and permitting .
