This position is based in our Olympia office at 2102 Carriage Drive SW, Building I. A hybrid work arrangement—requiring a minimum of three days per week in-office—is available after 12 months of employment.
*We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer with municipal engineering experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project engineering and/or project management for utility, water, wastewater, or transportation projects for municipalities and special purpose districts across Washington State. Key responsibilities include project scoping and preparing engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for municipal engineering projects. The role also includes providing our clients with funding administration and construction management support.

*Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
· 10-15 years of experience in municipal engineering
· Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
