We are currently seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (May 2026 Graduate) to help serve our connection of clients and community. Your Primary Responsibilities will include
- Preparation of reports, construction plans, and technical specifications for projects
- Working under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member and assist with tasks including preparing engineering related calculations, drawings, and visual aids
- Perform site visits and field observations before and during construction
- Able to conduct field work, tolerate variable environmental conditions, walk on uneven surfaces, and lift and carry at least 50 pounds, when needed
- Following corporate quality procedures
- Collaborating with design teams consisting of multidiscipline design engineers, technicians and planners
- Ensure that projects comply with local regulations and safety standards
- Maintain proper documentation of projects, including design changes, reports, and test results
- Stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and software advancements
- Take initiative to learn new skills or technologies that improve project efficiency or design
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or similar, from an accredited university
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D and Microstation
- 1-2 years of experience providing engineering design for storm water. wastewater, transportation, and or site development engineering projects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Course work in water resources, transportation, or relevant coursework
