Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree a plus
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certification
- 1-5 years of experience in civil engineering (candidates with 1-2 years will be considered)
- Willingness to learn regional regulatory requirements
Technical Expertise:
- Experience with site layout, stormwater management, drainage design, grading plans, and utility design
- Familiarity with hydraulic and hydrological calculations
- Knowledge of stormwater design and permitting processes
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D (training opportunities available for promising candidates)
- Experience with transportation and infrastructure projects is valuable
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support interdisciplinary projects spanning roadway design, environmental assessments, and geotechnical investigations
- Participate in field visits for project development and evaluation
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and project stakeholders
