Job DescriptionJob Description
Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed construction planning and technical documentation in alignment with German standards (DIN/ISO).
  
• Perform accurate cost estimation and quantity takeoffs for construction projects.
  
• Develop and manage digital models using BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools and workflows.
  
• Ensure all project deliverables meet regulatory, technical, and quality requirements.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural, architectural, and engineering data within BIM environments.
  
• Support project lifecycle phases from concept through execution, including documentation and reporting.
  

RequirementsRequirements:

• Anabin H+ recognized degree in Civil Engineering.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in construction calculation, BIM, or engineering planning.
  
• Proficiency in DIN and ISO standards relevant to civil engineering and construction.
  
• Demonstrated experience with BIM software and digital modeling workflows.
  
• Strong skills in cost estimation and quantity calculation.
  
• German proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).
  
• Willingness to work on-site in NRW, Germany.
  
• Full-time employment commitment.
