Roberts Properties has an exciting job opportunity and is seeking a civil engineer. This position includes a competitive salary based on each individual's qualifications and a very generous bonus package. Well qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and a four-year degree in civil engineering or a related major. Responsibilities will include detail-oriented hands-on coordination in order to complete a successful construction project to meet time and cost objectives. This individual will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and trades, produce excellent quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. As well as exhibit the ability to interact with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors in order to deliver a superior product.
A well-qualified candidate will possess:
- Excellent listening and strong communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Full understanding of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting
