Civil Engineer

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Phoenix, AZ office.

Job Description As a Civil Engineer, you will:

Design and develop plans for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.

Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to deliver seamless project execution.

Prepare and review technical reports, plans, and documentation.

Analyze survey data and other project information to support design decisions.

Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of professional civil engineering experience.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.

Strong knowledge of local building codes and engineering standards.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

EIT certification required; PE license is a plus.
