We’re working with a growing civil and structural consultancy in South Wales, looking to expand their presence in Cardiff. They are looking for a Civil Engineer to join the team and play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality infrastructure design across a range of development projects.



This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with a few years of experience to take the next step.



What you’ll be doing:



Producing detailed designs for highways and drainage projects

Working closely with clients, local authorities, and design teams

Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion

Mentoring junior staff where appropriate

Working on a mix of residential, commercial, and public-sector projects

What we’re looking for:



2–5 years’ experience in civil infrastructure design (UK-based)

A solid grounding in software such as AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and MicroDrainage

Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

A degree in Civil Engineering

Ideally working towards (or interested in) professional accreditation
