Civil Engineer Job descriptionForestry and Land Scotland (FLS) is seeking a Civil Engineer for our Central Region, to prepare and manage construction contracts. We build and maintain roads and bridges, access routes and recreation infrastructure; locate and manage quarries; and adapt our infrastructure to meet the challenges of a changing climate, including reducing land slip hazards and managing increased water runoff. If you are practical, a bit of a problem solver, are knowledgeable about engineering contracts and have experience of managing construction projects; enjoy working with others; are enthusiastic about sustainable management of land; and are interested in a job that gets you out and about …then this may be the job for you!
