Integrity Federal Services (IFS) is seeking an experienced Site / Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience and an active Professional Engineer (PE) license to join our team. If you’re ready to take on complex civil engineering challenges and lead meaningful projects, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Site / Civil Engineer, you’ll take on a leadership role in designing and managing complex projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management systems, roadways, utilities, and erosion control measures
• Using AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design and preparation of construction documents
• Leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects stay on track
• Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and federal clients to meet project requirements
• Conducting site evaluations and occasional travel for on-site assessments
• Preparing proposals, reports, and other project documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development and site design
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management experience, including budget and schedule oversight

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with federal clients or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings
