Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team! The right candidate will be assigned to work on Public Works projects in the greater Houston market. They will assist in the design and implementation of various public works projects, focusing on facets such as drainage, water distribution, and wastewater systems. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and drafting of civil engineering site development plans using AutoCAD.
- Support the development of public works projects including drainage, water distribution, and wastewater design.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to prepare technical reports and project documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- EIT certification is .
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of public works engineering principles, including drainage and water/wastewater systems.
