About the Role:
We’re supporting a growing civil engineering firm in the Valley seeking a skilled Civil Designer to support land development, public works, and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on design, collaborating with engineers, and producing high-quality plans in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed civil design plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Support engineers on site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design
• Assist with redlines, plan production, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, and other technical staff
• Ensure design accuracy, compliance, and adherence to project standards

Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of civil design experience (land development or public works)
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of grading, earthwork, drainage, and utility design
• Ability to interpret engineering plans and specifications
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
• Professional Engineer (PE) license

• Experience with commercial, residential, or municipal design
• Familiarity with hydrology/hydraulics or roadway design
• CAD certificate or related technical education
