We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to work on a variety of industrial, commercial, and power-related projects. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your career in a dynamic Engineering, Surveying, and Planning organization.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a small team on civil site and land development design, ensuring successful permitting and construction observation.

Cultivate strong relationships with team members for effective project execution.

Utilize Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D software to design land development projects.

Conduct and prepare technical design calculations related to storm drainage, water distribution, BMPs, and sanitary sewer systems.

Perform preliminary engineering evaluations, including quantity take-offs and cost estimates.

Carry out site visits and prepare detailed field reports.

Observe and coordinate various field testing activities, including water pressure and gravity sewer testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BSCE) or Engineering Technology (BSCET).

Engineering (EI) or Engineering in Training (EIT) certification is required; Professional Engineer (PE) certification is .

Minimum of 2 years of relevant civil engineering design experience.

Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D software is .

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
