Role Overview
This position offers the opportunity to lead projects, develop new business, and mentor junior engineers within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have strong civil design expertise with experience across industrial and commercial projects.
Location: Dallas, TX (due to an established senior engineering team that supports collaboration and business development).

Key Qualifications
7+ years of experience in civil design
Previous experience in engineering consulting
Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary up to $150K (commensurate with experience)
Annual performance bonus
