We’re building one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in California history—and we need a Civil Superintendent with the technical chops and leadership presence to drive it forward.

This is not a corporate desk job. This is boots-on-the-ground work across grade separations, viaducts, realignments, utility relocations, and a river crossing that reshapes the region.

???? What You'll Own

• Lead daily civil construction activities across a 30+ mile corridor
• Direct subcontractors, labor, logistics, and heavy equipment crews
• Ensure all operations meet safety, quality, budget, and schedule expectations
• Support project documentation, engineering interpretation, and field coordination
• Partner with a team of experienced engineers, PMs, and craft leads
• Solve problems fast, manage resources smartly, and keep crews moving efficiently

✅ What We're Looking For

• 15+ years in civil construction
• 10+ years as a Superintendent on large-scale public works projects
• Experience with $500M+ infrastructure projects
• Hands-on knowledge of U.S. construction methods and government work
• OSHA and First Aid certified
• Familiar with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or GED required

• Base Salary: $225,000 – $275,000 depending on experience
• Full benefits package
