Job Overview:

We are hiring hardworking and dependable Laborers to support our commercial civil construction projects. As a Laborer, youll be an essential part of our field crewhandling a variety of tasks that keep projects moving safely and efficiently. While previous construction experience is , were ready to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn our processes and grow into long-term roles. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with site preparation and cleanup, including debris removal and material staging

- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment

- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision

- Support skilled trades and equipment operators during various project phases

- Follow safety guidelines and procedures on active job sites

- Assist in any and all job site activities

- Perform physically demanding tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy materials

- Learn and adapt to new tasks as assigned by the site supervisor or crew lead

Requirements

- Previous construction or outdoor labor experience but not required

- Willingness to be trained and follow company processes

- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions

- Punctual, dependable, and ready to work as part of a team

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions

- Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Schedule:

- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday (Every other Saturday or as needed based on project demand)
